With wide ranging experiences and a powerful network to draw from, Andrew and Kandi have been working on a variety of opportunities, including asset management, development of hotels with Travelodge, Premier Inn and other established brands, and development of land and property to commercial and residential assets.
Andrew Bartlett
Property Mentor, Entrepreneur and Developer
Andrew is a seasoned property entrepreneur with excellent standing within the property community. With a former career in banking, he brings a risk management approach to projects that limits downside and exposure.
Andrew is a long standing member of Touchstone Education, serving as The Elite Mentor.

His extensive experience has seen him build a £4M HMO portfolio within 5 years, deliver £20M in developments in the last 7 years, and has most recently created travel hotspots through development of properties into serviced accommodation apartments.
Kandi Sivarajah
Commercial & Residential Landlord & Developer
With a background in mechanical engineering and construction project management, Kandi brings a host of experience from the construction sector.
Kandi started out as a residential landlord who found his calling in the property development sector.
With a particular interest in asset management, residential and commercial developments, He is currently working on fostering relationships and building a pipeline of projects to bring to the table for our sophisticated investors.
